  • We operate on a credit-based system (1 credit = 1 USD).   • How we handle data obtained through Google OAuth (such as Contacts, Calendar): We use information received from Google APIs (such as your Contacts and Calendar data) solely to provide the specific AI Phone Agent features you have authorized. For example, we use your Contacts to enable your agent to dial numbers you approve, and your Calendar to schedule or check appointments within your workflows. We do not use this data for advertising usage or other purposes unrelated to the functionality of the App.

• Data Processing Role: In the context of SMS and Voice services, the Company acts as a Data Processor. We process End-user data (such as phone numbers) strictly under the instruction of our Users (the Data Controllers). The Company has no direct relationship with the End-users.
• Third-Party Sharing & Privacy: The Company does not sell, rent, or share End-user phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile subscriber’s phone numbers and consent records will only be shared with upstream providers (such as Twilio) and mobile carriers as necessary to facilitate the transmission of communications.
• Responsibility for End-user Rights: The User is responsible for maintaining their own Privacy Policy that informs End-users how their data is collected and used. The User must handle all End-user requests regarding data access, correction, or deletion.
